This page states the Terms and Conditions under which you, the "user", and you the Dubbol Registered Business Account holder, hereafter referred to as "DRBA" holder, may use Dubbol and Dubbol Services.When you accept the terms and conditions you have entered into a binding legal agreement with Dubbol.
We advise that you read the Terms and Conditions fully prior to acceptance. Once accepted Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted by you the "user" and you the "DRBA" holder each and every time that you use or access Dubbol.

I attest to the validity and accuracy of all information submitted at registration, including but not limited to,company name, name, title, email address(es) and phone number. If and when any of the information I have submitted changes I agree to update my account with these changes. I acknowledge that if I cancel
my account, or my account is canceled for violating any of the terms and conditions, all information associated with my account shall be deleted including by not limited to, saved content, data, text, images,videos, contacts, and contact information. I acknowledge and agree that I posses no rights of ownership
on my account at Dubbol. No persons under the age of 18 shall be permitted to create a user account or DRBA holder account

I acknowledge that all content I have displayed on, or that is accessible from, my profile page, including but not limited to, images, video, audio, music, photographs, text and data, or submitted to Dubbol is my sole responsibility as the user or DRBA holder and I attest to, and acknowledge, my legal rights as the
copyright, trademark, patent or license holder and have willfully included, uploaded and or represented such material at Dubbol. I have verified my rights to ownership and or my active legal authority to use such material prior to uploading or submitting such content to Dubbol and accept full responsibility for any
current or future action arising from any infringement claim based on my violation of any third parties claims to rights owned on content I have uploaded to, or is accessible from, my profile page at Dubbol or any location at Dubbol where such content may be viewable. Dubbol makes no claim of, or certification of, having verified the authenticity of any or all user information or content submitted to or included at the users profile page or any area where user information may be
displayed or accessible. It is the responsibility of the DRBA holder to verify all claims of, but not limited to, name, identity, legal status, qualifications, education, work history, training and location.I the user, and DRBA holder, agree to not upload, post, display, make accessible, message or email any
content in, but not limited to, text, written, photographic, image, music, audio, drawn, typed, or video format that is, or the contents thereof, can be deemed harassing or discriminatory towards, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age group, those with disabilities, religion or geographic
location. No user shall create an account for the purpose of seeking employment in, or advertising their, another persons or facilities, adult oriented services or services that exploit minor children, including, but not limited to, prostitution, GFE, escorting, child pornography and adult websites, to DRBA holders, or any
Dubbol user. Any user found to be advertising, promoting or endorsing illegal adult services or services that are in violation of child sex or labor laws will be reported to law enforcement authorities. I, the user and I the DRBA holder, agree and acknowledge that all sales, and or purchases, of Dubbol
services are final.

Any user of Dubbol, or any party accessing any Dubbol site, are prohibited from attempting to access, without permission and or proper security credentials, any Dubbol site or service including, but not limited to, user or DRBA profiles and any information therein, Dubbol administrative functions or services,
probing or scanning of any Dubbol site to determine weaknesses, vulnerabilities, access of data or content not authorized for you to view or have access to, or not authorized to download, modify or store.I acknowledge that Dubbol occasionally will make Dubbol services unavailable, or will be unavailable, due to, but not limited to, website upgrades, server upgrades, new service implementation, technical malfunctions, malicious activity or testing, Events in Dubbol's control will be performed at times that least impact our user and DRBA holder base.

The Dubbol User Databases and all information included therein are accessible to DRBA holders only for the lawful purpose of finding job candidates or employees for their respective companies only. All DRBA holders agree to not use any Dubbol service or function for the purpose of a marketing campaign,
advertising, or solicitation. DRBA holders shall not search any Dubbol database for the purpose of finding candidates, or employees, to offer jobs that are; commission only and not clearly expressed, home-based jobs, requiring any user financial investment, product promotion, pyramid or ponzi schemes, any type of
adult service including, but not limited to, GFE, escorts, pornography, prostitution or nude modeling and shall not request or suggest, either implied or express, any adult oriented service whether legal or illegal to any user or DRBA holder.
I agree not to sell, use or modify any Dubbol content including by not limited to, logos, trademarks, content, services and functions. I will not reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use Dubbol content in any way for any public or commercial purpose, in connection with products or services that are not those of the Dubbol, or in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion among our affiliates, partners, clients, customers or potential customers, or that disparages or discredits Dubbol or its licensors, or that otherwise infringes Dubbol's or its licensor’s property rights. I further agree to in no other
way misuse Dubbol content that appears on this site. Any code that Dubbol creates to generate or display any Dubbol content or the pages making up any Dubbol site is also protected by Dubbol's copyright and you may not copy or adapt such code.

Dubbol will not sale your, the user, or DRBA holders, information to any third party company. If and when this changes in the future you will be given the opportunity to opt-in or opt-out. When you close your account, or your account has been inactive for over six months, all information will be deleted and no
personal, company, confidential or any proprietary information will be stored. You will need to open a new account again as long as your account was not closed due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions.I the user agree to verify all DRBA holder's information prior to any in person, telephone, or video
conference interview, including but not limited to, name, company address, the DRBA holder's employment standing with represented company, business phone number, legitimacy of the DRBA holders business and and authenticity of the DRBA holder's need to fulfill any job position you, the user,
was contacted for. I the user agree that upon offer, acceptance, start and duration of any employment obtained, offered or originating from any of Dubbol' services, to hold harmless and absolve Dubbol of any and all liability as it pertains to, but not limited to, any claim of, fraud, wrongful termination, sexual
harassment, and discrimination of any type including but not limited to race, gender, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity I, the user, and I, the DRBA holder, agree to not give, furnish or make readily accessible in any manner or by any means publicly available, my Dubbol username and or password to any party and do agree to not
disclose any content submitted to, or included on, my Dubbol profile to any parties other than authorized account users Keeping your information safe and security is also your responsibility. We advise regularly changing your username and password. Never give out your bank or credit card information to any DRBA holder or user.
Report any suspected fraudulent DRBA holder or user activity immediately to support@dubbol.com
